Do you charge a fee?

Yes — we typically charge between £100 - £1000, depending on case complexity. We'll confirm the fee in writing before any application is submitted.

Do you recommend from the whole market?

We have access to a wide panel of UK lenders, including high-street and specialist banks. This gives us flexibility to match products to your situation.

Can I apply if I'm self-employed or on a visa?

Absolutely — subject to lender criteria. We work with providers who understand self-employed income or visa-based applications.

What if I’m not ready to apply yet?

Yes — we typically charge between £295–£495, depending on case complexity. We'll confirm the fee in writing before any application is submitted.

The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate some forms of Buy to Lets.

 

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but will range from £100 to £1000 and this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity.
