How much can I borrow for a buy-to-let?
BTL lending is based on expected rental income and subject to stress testing. The property type, your deposit, and ownership structure all impact what you can borrow — we’ll help you assess this across different lenders.

Does the lender look at my personal income too?
Yes, some lenders do. While BTL is primarily assessed on rental income, your personal income may still be considered.

Do you charge a fee?
Yes — we typically charge between £100–£1000, depending on case complexity. We’ll confirm the fee in writing before any application is submitted.

Do you work with specialist BTL lenders?
